KOICA Scholarship

Open in February (KOICA round) or March (University round)

 

Requirement

  • Be a citizen of an eligible country (list provided below)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • Be under 40 years of age
  • Be in good health
  • Have strong English skills (both speaking and writing)

 

 

Documents

  • A. List of KOICA Application Documents [Applicant of KOICA/Korean Embassy Round]
  • KOICA Application Forms
  • The letter of Recommendation from the applicant’s government (in charge of ODA or Abroad scholarship program)
  • A scanned copy of an applicant’s valid passport
  • Online System or Email Submission of UNIVERSITY Application Documents [Applicant of University Round those who passed the KOICA Round]
  • Detailed documents  will be provided to each individual by the university, so please refer to the university’s guidance for specific details. 
  • Submission of University Application & Documents Original COPY [Applicant of University Round those who passed the University Round]
  •  Original Copy of University Application & Documents

Tahapan Seleksi

  • Submit application documents and receive a government nomination.
  • Attend an interview at the KOICA Country Office (or Korean Embassy in your home country).
  • University review of application documents.
  • University interview or test and a local medical check-up.
  • Final health check-up & orientation upon arrival in Korea.
  • Start your degree program in South Korea.
